Bhavin Patel serves as Chairman of the Chha Gam Patidar Samaj of Chicago, leading the organization's mission to preserve the heritage of our six ancestral villages and to build a thriving, connected Patidar community across generations.

Professionally, Bhavin is an Information Security Executive and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with more than 16 years of leadership in cybersecurity strategy, architecture, and governance across healthcare, SaaS, financial services, telecom, and retail. A builder at heart, he has stood up enterprise security programs from the ground up, led teams of 45+ professionals, advised C-suites and boards, and improved organizational security posture by 30-78%. His current focus is responsible AI - building the governance and guardrails that let organizations adopt AI rapidly without compromising trust, compliance, or resilience.

He holds the C|CISO, CISM, CISSP, and ISSAP certifications, along with an M.S. in Information Systems Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management. Rooted in the village of Dharmaj, Bhavin brings that same builder's discipline to the Samaj - modernizing how our community connects, celebrates, and cares for one another.
